Please allow all deliveries to be one-man, kerbside only. We are not insured to bring goods inside of a residential address. Failed delivery is chargeable, re-delivery rate varies depending on size and location of goods). Labour would be required on site to off-load from tail-lift or similar depending on delivery vehicle,.
Goods are covered by manufacturer’s warranty, Gardiner Distribution will assist, if required, in helping to arrange a service call, however, the final outcome of the manufacturer we support without prejudice. With new GDPR rules, we are unable to book a service call for you, or your customer. Products found faulty within the first 30 days (following delivery), would be the responsibility of Gardiner Distribution, however, a service call would still be required to ascertain product or installation fault.
Any service calls found to be installation fault and not product fault, will be chargeable.
We will accept returns of new, unopened goods within 14 days of the date of delivery to our HQ address only. We reserve the right to apply a re-stocking charge depending on the item in question which we will advise you before accepting the return. Any items to be returned must be logged in writing prior to the return being made . Made to order items are non-refundable. For any goods that do not meet a “brand new” criteria upon receipt, we will offer you the chance to collect, otherwise we will refund you in part based on the new market value (value will vary depending on specific item), we will advise the refund about ahead of issuing. All refunds will be processed within 30 days or receiving return sign-off without exception.
